Please find attached your signed Virtual Exchange course approval form. We have copied in exchange@unsw.edu.au to ensure your exchange place is confirmed but encourage you to keep a copy for your records.
Please also keep the following in mind:
- You do not need to take program leave. The Exchange Team will enrol you in a special exchange code on myUNSW depending on the number of Units of Credit (UOC) that you are planning to transfer back to your UNSW degree. Further information and instructions are provided to you by the Exchange Team;
- If your enrolment at the host university changes, you will need to submit any new courses for approval on a new Virtual Exchange Course approval form;
- You are responsible for ensuring all of your online courses are approved before you finalise enrolment at the host university. Failure to do this may result in your transfer of credit not being processed at the completion of your studies.
- Upon successful completion of your approved course(s), you will need to submit your official transcript from the host university along with your approved Virtual Exchange course approval form to the Exchange team who will process your transfer of credit. You are also required to complete a returned student questionnaire.
