Counselling appointments are called Mental Health Connect and can be in-person on campus, or by video or phone call.
Also available from UNSW Psychology and Wellness are self-help Mental Health Resources on a wide range of issues which may be relevant to you, such as resilience, anxiety, depression and coping with stress. There are also study-specific resources to help you with topics like procrastination and time management.
